Hi there! My name is Amanda Xander and I am a professional singer, performer and voice teacher based in New York City.

 

I am a graduate of Ithaca College's Musical Theatre BFA Program 2022, received my Masters of Music in Musical Theatre Vocal Performance and Pedagogy at New York University Steinhardt, and am completing my Doctor of Musical Arts at New York University Steinhardt. I also hold an Advanced Degree in Voice with Honors from the Eastman Community Music School. ​

 

I own and operate my own private voice studio, and presently serve as an Adjunct Professor of Voice at NYU Steinhardt. I specialize in Musical Theatre and Contemporary Commercial Styles of singing, both as a vocal teacher and performer, and have a passion for working with pre professional singers.
